This Technical Specification defines a qualification scheme for organizations, defined as "economic operators", involved in the production chain of biomethane produced in a sustainable way and with a traceability and mass balance management according the european and national scheme defined by Decree 14 november 2019. It is applicable to a single organization or for group qualification according with the mentioned decree.
