This standard specifies criteria for design, construction, testing, operation, maintenance and rehabilitation of pipelines with maximum operating pressure up to and including 0,5 MPa (5 bar), supplied by distribution network of I, II and III gas family according to EN 437.
This standard applies also to existing pipelines, only for parts subjected to substantial modifications relating to operating pressure and/or pipelines layout.
