This Standard prescribes the requirements for the design, construction, and testing of gas pressure control systems for inlet pressure between 0,04 bar and 5 bar for I and II family gas according to EN 437.
For new gas pressure control systems for III family gas according to EN 437 with maximum flow rate greater than 250 kg/h, this standard applies limited to the following criteria:
- number and type of components;
- dimensioning criteria;
- components performance;
- control system identification;
- control system documentation.
