The methodological approach considers the entire life cycle of the building, the phases of design, realisation, use, and decommissioning.
The methodological approach is multilevel and multidimensional and considers the interactions and interlinkages of the building with wider levels, the district, the neighbourhood, energy communities, the City.
This standard does not address performance related to the operational efficiency, maintainability, durability, safety (static, seismic and plant engineering) of building.
