This standard defines the general requirements suitable for defining the performance levels and the methods and conditions of acceptance of street cleaning and urban waste management services, and the requirements to be taken into consideration for the drafting and management of contracts for the performance of these services, in order to obtain the best results in terms of definition and detection of quantitative and qualitative performances, formulation of compensation agreements in case of contractual non-compliance, economic optimization, environmental sustainability and
prevention of pollution.
