The standard specifies a sampling method and gas analysis for the determination of H2S concentration in emissions. The method applies to conveyed gas flows from industrial plants and, more generally, as residual gases in which the concentration of H2S may vary from 1 mg m-3 to 500 mg m-3 in normal conditions of pressure and temperature.
